To Post or Not To Post...

Today, I was doing what I normally do--finding and posting Brevard and Florida Headlines. On occasion, I find one that's just too hard to pass up--today was that day. Feeling the need to post it, I fought and struggled with the idea of sneaking it on to my site even though it was not RELEVANT to one of my key goals: Brevard and Florida only.

At that moment, a quote came to mind. Here's the gist of it: It's what we do when we think no one is looking.

Keeping true to my site (Brevard and Florida Headlines ONLY) and not wanting to waste a perfectly good headline, I now had a new dilemma: What was I to do with this headline? Well, I'll tell you exactly what I did!

uLive4.com roots

January 11, 2010

Welcome to uLive4.com! This site was created as a gift to my kids. The idea was to give them a place to post photos and videos to share with family and friends. Before you say it, I know what your thinking. You can already do this on Facebook and MySpace, right? You're absolutely right! However, I want this to be something they call their own. Meaning, they have some control of how things evolve. Furthermore, I want them to have a common goal--a mission! See where I'm going with this? It's all about learning, working together, and producing something meaningful--something positive.

Our motto: The things uLive4 in Brevard!

This brings us to where we are now. We've decided to make this site entirely about Brevard County, with a twist of course, but more on that in a minute. This site will include all the best of what Brevard has to offer!

Our goal: To bring You constant updates about Brevard County via our hard work and your shared contributions.
Our request: Tell us what uLive4 in Brevard! We welcome your assistance and feedback.

Here's that twist we were referring to earlier. While we are self-admitted Brevard County fanatics, it must be said that we have the same love for Florida. For that reason, on this site you'll also find useful information and resources for Florida as well. All this for your benefit of course!   :)
